The Durham Greener Homes Energy Coach was the first person I wanted to speak with before I started the process so that I could get a better understanding of how the Durham Greener Homes program worked and what retrofits I needed. Having grown up in a condo, this was my first home and I knew nothing about maintaining it so being able to speak with her and get her advice on how to do these retrofits and the order in which to do them was really helpful for me and gave me the confidence to do them!
